Taxes
European Union: Prices are shown with VAT, and no extra tax must be paid on delivery.
Rest of the world: Prices are tax free, but you may have to pay custom duties when receiving your items, depending on your country’s regulation.
Shipping
Europe: Express 1 to 5 business days shipping, between € 10 and € 35, depending on the country.
USA and Canada: Express 3 to 5 business days shipping, for € 27.
Rest of the world: Express 3 to 10 business days shipping, for € 35.
The fee is the same, flat per order, independently of the quantity of items bought. Shipping times are not guaranteed. 1 or 2 business days of processing time must be considered. If you are outside the European Union, your country’s customs office might delay some days in processing your package.
Return and refund
Returns: You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. You must contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your intention to return the item, and we will send you instructions to do it. Items must be still new and unused. You must pay the shipping expenses for returning the item. Upon inspection, a refund will be made to you for the price of the items, without including the original shipping fee; the original shipping fee is not refundable.
Refunds: A full refund can be made in case the item you receive is defective and unusable. You must contact us immediately upon receiving the item. You may still be required to send back the item, at our expense. Variations of color or luster, and small scratches or dents, product of the normal variability of the manufacturing and the handling of the items are not considered defects; the item must be truly broke, evidently deformed, and unusable.

Feeëndromen (“fairy’s dreams”), is an online shop dedicated to the sale of fine jewelry depicting figures, images and symbols of tales, legends and marvels of the world (real or imaginary). Each jewel offered is crafted in a precious metal, such as sterling silver (92.5%), or gold of diverse purity (from 8k to 24k).
Feeëndromen is a business established in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, since October 2023.
